ALSO OFFERS A MODERN, EFFICIENT SHELTER AND 32 PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING UNITS ON TWO UPPER FLOORS. COMMUNITY MEMBERS CAN CALL ON MONDAY MORNINGS AT 10AM TO MAKE AN INTAKE APPOINTMENT. BEDS MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE. NOT A DROP-IN SHELTER

THEY PROVIDE CASE MANAGEMENT, BENEFITS ENROLLMENT RENTAL ASSISTANCE, SLIDING SCALE THERAPISTS, MEDICAL CARE, DENTAL CARE, STREET MEDICINE, AND FOOD PANTRY.

HOUSING SPECIFICALLY FOR MENTALLY ILL PEOPLE IN PALM COURT AND THE VOYAGER CARMEL CENTER. SEE THE WEBSITE FOR DETAILS OF EACH PROGRAM.

ASSISTS ANYONE WHO MEETS LOCAL STANDARDS OF LOW OR MODERATE INCOME. MANAGES OVER 400 UNITS WITH SUBSIDIZED RENTS IN MARIN COUNTY OF WHICH TWO THIRDS ARE FOR ELDERLY OR DISABLED PERSONS.

AND OLDER, PROVIDING THEM WITH MENTAL HEALTH AND SOCIAL REHABILITATION SUPPORT, EITHER INDIVIDUALLY OR IN GROUP HOUSEHOLDS.  SUPPORTED HOUSING CLIENTS BENEFIT FROM WHOLE PERSON DAILY, INTENSIVE SERVICES INCLUDING TREATMENT PLANNING, CASE MANAGEMENT AND LIVING SKILLS THAT ENABLE THEM TO LIVE SEMI-INDEPENDENTLY. HOUSING IS LIMITED AND BY REFERRAL FROM BHRS AND COORDINATED ENTRY ONLY.
